A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Health and Human Resources - Division of Human Services – Medical Services Program Fund, fund 5084, organization 0511, in the amount of $36,202,960, from the State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund – Division of Human Services, fund 5365, fiscal year 2020, organization 0511, by supplementing and amending chapter thirty-one, Acts of the Legislature, regular session 2019, known as the budget bill.


Whereas, The Governor finds that the account balance in the State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund – Division of Human Services, fund 5365, fiscal year 2020, organization 0511 exceeds that which is necessary for the purposes for which the account was established; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 to the State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund – Division of Human Services, fund 5365, fiscal year 2020, organization 0511, be decreased by expiring the amount of $36,2020,960 to the West Virginia Division of Human Services – Medical Services Program Fund, fund 5084, organization 0511.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to expire funds from the aforesaid account to the cash balance of the Medical Services Program Fund that were not transferred per the fiscal year 2019 budget bill authorization by the department.
